3rd Patient Safety Documentary

Teddy and director Mike Eisenberg are reuniting once again to work on a 3rd patient safety documentary after finding success with both TO ERR IS HUMAN and THE PITCH: PATIENT SAFETY’S NEXT GENERATION. This new documentary will focus on the technologies that can save lives, and the innovators who are developing them. Funding for the feature has already been secured with a 2026 release planned.
